Daniel Pierce started choosing the right rocks for his Dad at age 5 when they were selecting field stone in a farmers field to put on the exterior of their home and fireplaces. For the past 20 years, Dan has worked designing and building walls, walkways, patios water features and outdoor rooms. The ultimate challenge was helping customers afford their back yard oasis, which always included a water feature. Many times a water feature was not an affordable option! 

Dan is about pleasing his customers, so the challenge was on. How to transform a back yard using real rock into a customers personal oasis at a cost to fit their project budget.

Dan started working on his thoughts and ideas and after many years of trial and error his vision of an affordable product came to be.

That was the creation of Real Rock Water Features.   Dan visits quarries and carefully selects the rocks for color and shape with a particular idea in mind.  Then the rock is cut and shaped, hammered, drilled, carved and molded through gas thermaling. It is then sculptured into the perfect water feature, fountain, jumping rock, or whatever the keen eye of the craftsman sees.  Every rock is unique in its own style and branded with the RealRock logo.

With a patent pending, Dan continues to work on innovative ideas and product excellence.
